Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 For professional subscribers

The monthly subscription is payable in advance.

The monthly subscription without commitment takes effect from the subscription date, for an initial period of one (1) month. It is tacitly renewed for successive periods of one (1) month, unless terminated by the subscriber before the renewal date. Termination can be made at any time via the professional's personal space on the platform. It will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Consequently, any monthly period started is due in full, no refund, even partial, can be granted in the event of early termination.

1.2 Launch offer and pricing

Any practitioner who registers before 15 August 2026 receives their subscription free of charge until 15 July 2027 inclusive, at the earliest. This free period also applies to practitioners who registered before the offer began. The launch offer is limited in the number of spots available; it ends automatically once those spots are taken, and in any event no later than 15 August 2026.

At the end of the free period, the standard subscription is charged at 149 ₪ per month, VAT included. The See Pros and WhatsApp add-ons, each charged at 49 ₪ per month, VAT included, are independent of the subscription and require a separate sign-up.

Prices may be revised on the subscription anniversary date, according to the rates in force at that time. Any price change is communicated to the practitioner by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. A practitioner who does not accept the new price may cancel their subscription before that date, free of charge.

1.3 Trial period

When a trial period is offered, the user can freely cancel before its expiry date. Otherwise, the subscription will automatically switch to the chosen paid plan.

1.4 For patient users

Any cancellation or modification of an appointment must be made directly with the professional concerned, according to their own conditions.

OLAMKAL does not intervene in the contractual relationship between patient and professional.
