OLAMKAL is a multilingual Israeli solution designed to adapt to the realities of the field. It offers simple registration, flexible scheduling, clear pricing (no hidden fees), and optimized professional management. The modern interface facilitates access for all audiences.
Who is OLAMKAL for?
OLAMKAL is intended for all health and wellness professionals practicing in Israel: doctors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, psychologists, acupuncturists, etc. It is also designed for all patients, with an interface accessible in French, Hebrew, English and Russian.
What is OLAMKAL?
OLAMKAL is an online booking platform dedicated to healthcare, alternative medicine, and wellness professionals in Israel. It allows patients to find a practitioner in just a few clicks and easily book an available appointment.
How can patients find me?
OLAMKAL includes a search engine by city, specialty, name, or service. Each professional has a personal profile indexed on Google, which improves your visibility on search engines. You can also share your OLAMKAL link directly via WhatsApp, social media, or your personal website.
Can I change my information after registration?
Yes. You can update your schedules, prices, services offered, contact details, or photos at any time from your personal space.
How long does it take to validate my registration?
Registration is generally validated within 24 to 48 hours, after verification of the information provided. You will be notified by email as soon as your profile is active.
What documents do I need to provide to validate my profile?
Depending on your profession, you may be asked to provide proof of a degree or certification. This helps ensure that patients are treated by qualified professionals.
How do I register on OLAMKAL?
Simply fill out a quick online form with your professional information (name, profession, city, hours, services, etc.). Once validated by our team, your profile will be visible on the platform.
Are consultations reimbursed by Koupat Holim?
No. OLAMKAL is a platform that exclusively brings together professionals working in the private sector. Consultations are therefore not covered by Koupat Holim. However, some supplemental insurance or private mutual insurance companies may cover all or part of the costs. We advise you to check the terms of your contract.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are on a no-commitment plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your interface. If you are on a 12-month contract, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the contract period.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes. You can switch from a monthly to an annual subscription (and vice versa) as needed, as long as you stay within the end of your current commitment.
What are the OLAMKAL subscription rates?
Two formulas are available:
– 199₪/month without commitment;
– 169₪/month with a 12-month commitment Both plans offer access to all features, without limitations.
The rates in effect at the time of subscription are guaranteed for the initial term of the contract. OLAMKAL reserves the right to revise its rates on the anniversary date of the contract. Any rate changes will be subject to a written amendment, signed by both parties, and will only be applicable upon renewal of the subscription.
How do my patients make appointments?
Patients access your professional profile on OLAMKAL, select a service, choose a time slot, and book online. A confirmation is automatically sent to them.
Can I manage my schedules, absences and availability?
Yes. You can set your regular time slots, exceptional absences, and additional availability from your personal space.
Can I suggest multiple consultation locations?
Yes, if you work in multiple offices, you can list multiple addresses. It's recommended that you clearly specify in your services or schedules the days you work at each location. Regarding home visits, they cannot be booked online. You can list them in your profile, and the patient will have to contact you directly. You can then manually block a slot in your calendar.
Can I offer teleconsultations?
Not yet. The current version of OLAMKAL does not support remote appointments. This feature may be considered at a later date.
Can I set different durations for different services?
Yes. Each service can have its own duration (e.g., 60-minute initial consultation, 30-minute follow-up, 45-minute massage, etc.). The schedule adjusts automatically.
What to do if a patient does not show up for their appointment?
You can mark an appointment as "no show" from your interface. This allows you to identify risky behaviors and, if necessary, contact the patient to understand the situation.
Can I block a patient?
Yes. You can block a patient directly from your interface. This feature is useful if a patient fails to keep appointments, engages in inappropriate behavior, or for any other legitimate business reason. Once blocked, the patient will no longer be able to book slots with you.
What to do in case of a technical problem?
You can contact our support via email or WhatsApp. Our team will respond quickly to help you and resolve any issues.
Can I entrust the management of my diary to a secretary?
A multi-user option is currently being developed. In the meantime, you can temporarily share your access with a trusted person and change your password if necessary.
Do I need to download an app to use OLAMKAL?
No. The platform works from any browser (computer, tablet, smartphone). The site is optimized for smooth use, with no app installation required.
