Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between therapeutic and relaxation massage in Israel?
Therapeutic massage targets a specific problem: back and neck pain, tight muscles, recovery after injury or built-up tension. The therapist adapts the technique (deep tissue, sports, Swedish) to your condition.
How long is a session and how many do I need?
A session usually lasts 45 to 60 minutes. For an acute problem one or two sessions may be enough; for a chronic issue a series is planned. The therapist advises after the first session.
Is therapeutic massage suitable during pregnancy or after surgery?
Usually yes, with adjustments. Mention pregnancy, recent surgery or a special condition when booking so the therapist can adapt the session or refer you for medical clearance.
