Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1 For professional subscribers
Monthly or annual subscriptions are payable in advance.
The monthly subscription without commitment takes effect from the subscription date, for an initial period of one (1) month. It is tacitly renewed for successive periods of one (1) month, unless terminated by the subscriber before the renewal date. Termination can be made at any time via the professional's personal space on the platform. It will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Consequently, any monthly period started is due in full, no refund, even partial, can be granted in the event of early termination.
The annual subscription with commitment is concluded for a fixed period of twelve (12) months from the subscription date. Payment can be made in one go or by monthly direct debit, without this altering the firm nature of the contractual commitment. In the event of early termination of the annual subscription, all sums remaining due for the initial contractual period will remain due, and no refund will be granted, unless otherwise required by law.
1.2 Trial period
When a trial period is offered, the user can freely cancel before its expiry date. Otherwise, the subscription will automatically switch to the chosen paid plan.
1.3 For patient users
Any cancellation or modification of an appointment must be made directly with the professional concerned, according to their own conditions.
OLAMKAL does not intervene in the contractual relationship between patient and professional.
